Find a #digcit lesson on Common Sense Media that you could teach in your classroom. Plan to teach it and write a reflection on the impact on student learning.

Mike Ribble notes due 3/4. Have questions ready for our EdCafe, as well as the author!

Next week, 2/25: Class online the 9 elements of #digcit: Access, Commerce, Communication, Literacy, Etiquette, LAw, Rights & Responsibilities, HEalth & Wellness & Security.  Discussion in our Google Community.

Love this image and scenario!  What concrete ways can you help students understand the consequences of their words and actions?

Check out the following resources: One; Stand in My Shoes: Kids Learning About Empathy; We Are All the Same Inside; Each Kindness.  Add your resources here.

In class: Review 13 Reasons Why and share presentations.  Participate in an ongoing discussion about the story.

Check out Google Community too!

To Do: What’s your digital presence? Find out more about your digital tattoo? What would happen when you interview for a job?  What would they find out about you?  Let’s hope this would not happen to you during an interview: I Hate the Brenda Sharpe Group.
